Not able to add custom?

You guys are missing a few places, and not allowing us to simply pick a time zone and label it how we want is silly.

Example - Seychelles, Africa. Its not listed on the choices, nor is there any other place in Africa that is +4.

So my only option is to choose Dubai. Which is not Seychelles, nor is it Africa.

I also had to google and search to even find a city that is +4 so I could get the right time - clicking every option in the app to finally find one that matches was not fun.
